Course Enrollment and Fees

• Fees are inclusive of GST and are non-refundable once paid.
• Payments can be made through our payment gateway or via bank transfer.
• Course availability and assignment to specific RPTOs are subject to discretion.

Certification

• Students will receive DGCA-certified drone licenses based on their performance in the course.
• Certification depends on successful completion of all course requirements.

Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to data breaches or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction.
