Why to get the License ?
UAS Rules
A Remote Pilot Certificate is a licence to fly drones weighing more than 250 gm which is Mandatory under the “UAS Rules 2021”.
Penalty
A Penalty of Rs.25,000 Shall be levied on a person flying without a Licence under sub-rule (6) of rule 29 of UAS Rules.
Requirement
Projected Industry requirement of 100,000+ Licensed Drone Pilots by 2026.
Eligibility
18 years of age and above & shall have passed 10th class
Licence Validity
DGCA approved RPL Validity (Maximum of 10 years under UAS Rule 2021)UAS Rules
Center of Excellence
To empower the youth and create a vibrant drone ecosystem, we have launched the concept of establishing an industry-driven Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The HEIs will be trained and enabled to undertake research activities in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
