 The experience in heading a FEE based training centre would be preferred.

 Monitor Leads generated and Conversation percentage.

 Scheduling training batches & fulfilling entry & exit formalities of students.

  Good communication and Computer Skills.

 Training record management & DGCA compliance Training Quality, Safety

  Trainer Delivery Management

 Performance reviews of the staff reporting to be shared to HO.

 Vendor, Drone Asset & Logistic management

 Stakeholder & Conflict Management

 Business development & Sales management

 Reporting every week. Safety, Sales, Quality, training efficiency

 Drone Asset Audit should be conducted.

  Continuous Improvement Plan & reporting on Improvements done
